Expectations poster

 We had to create a poster that shows examples of all of the expectations. I enjoyed picking out different pictures to fit in with the example.

Pahurehure inlet project

This week we had to make a replica of the pahurehure inlet and everything we saw. Some groups gathered data and information on what they saw too. We painted the background like the boardwalk and water. Then we started moulding the sculptures. After that we hot glued it all down to the paper and done. My group that made it with me was Anika, Daisi-Mae, Tj and Charlie.

I enjoyed this activity because I liked moulding the clay.

 This is my animation for the Pahurehure inlet. We are learning about the Pahurehure for topic. I did this animation to show how different  he inlet has changed.

Thneed sucker

This is my thneed sucker it is very environment friendly and great for sucking the leaves of truffula trees.

Robots LCS

Today for our LCS (Learn, create, share)  Friday it was all about robots and I thought this was pretty fun because we got to design our own robot.

Today's slide show was about Myths and Legends. This slide show was very interesting because I don't learn about Myths and Legends every day.

Today' slide show was about natural disasters. I liked this activity because reading and learning about all the different natural disasters and looking at the pictures was pretty cool.

Today's slide show was about science and nature, I liked this activity because the catapult activity was fun to try out. I even manged to launch the cotton ball to the other side of my table!.

Today's slide show was about Floating or Sinking, which was really fun because you had to fill a bucket or sink up with water then you put the item in and see if it float or sank and it did surprise me!.
